Submit Property for Caravan Tour and Formal Presentation
Caravan Tours are a great way to showcase your property while networking with fellow real estate professionals.
To be eligible for the Caravan Tour, your property must meet one of the following criteria:
- It has never been featured on our tour before
- It has had a price reduction
- It was previously listed on the tour but it was 90+ days ago
How to Get Your Property on the Tour:
Caravan Tours take place every Tuesday. If you’d like to add your listing to next week’s tour, follow these simple steps:
- Attend a Caravan Tour – You must have participated in the most recent Caravan Tour, visiting all homes on the Caravan Tour Sheet (not the Broker Tour Sheet) and leaving your business card at each home.
- Submit Your Listing – Fill out the online form and submit your property for the tour.
- Prepare for Presentation – Get ready to formally present your listing at the Tuesday meeting.
- Show Up on Tour Day – Be present on the day your property is showcased.
Example:
If today is Friday, March 7, 2025, and you want to be on Tuesday March 11, 2025 tour, you must have attended Tuesday March 4, 2025 Caravan Tour and followed the steps above. If you missed the March 4th tour, you would need to attend the next one before your property can be added.
