If you would like to be a monthly room sponsor for the 2010 calendar year please read the following information and procedures carefully. The first step is to note that 2009 sponsors will have the first right to remain a sponsor for the 2010 season.

2010 CCRIM Monthly Sponsorships

Sponsorship Fee:
$395.00 per month 
$200.00 for any subsequesnt month within the calendar year
$125.00 for a one week opportunity

Payment for sponsorships must follow the following payment schedule:

• Q1 Sponsors payment due January 1st, 2010
• Q2 Sponsors payment due March 1st, 2010
• Q3 Sponsors payment due June 1st, 2010
• Q4 Sponsors payment due September 1st, 2010

Additional Details

• Checks should be made payable to Contra Costa Realtors in Motion.
• Any Company who does not receive a Sponsorship will be placed on a waiting list in the event a sponsoring Company is unable to perform.
• During October of each year the Board will announce the sign-ups for sponsorship of the following calendar year meetings.
• Sponsors from the previous year will have first right of refusal and then any available spots will be filled with new sponsors.
• We will also develop a waiting list for those companies who do not get a sponsorship during this process.
